full-cvs-date.tar.gz contains a snapshot of the complete WineHQ CVS 
repository for the given date. It is probably only of interest to people who
wish to administer a local copy of the repository, if you just want
Wine source, either check out a current copy using CVS by following the
instructions at:

  http://www.winehq.org/site/cvs

or by downloading the most recent release, see

    http://www.winehq.org/site/download

for locations.
